Awards were presented Oct. 25 at the closing reception for the Ninth Annual Penfield Art Association at Legacy at Willow Pond Autumn Art Show and Sale.
The Resident’s Choice Award, selected by a vote of residents of Legacy at Willow Pond, went to Richard Kalkman for his painting, “Honor Flight.” The Residents Merit Award was presented to Erica Hutch for “Portrait of a Young Girl.” The Visitors’ Award went to Jackie Bailey for “Beauty is in the Eye.” Bill McCullough received the Penfield Scene Award for his painting, “Daniel’s Corner.”
More than 150 paintings by more than 50 PAA members were included in this year’s show. The month-long event also featured five painting demonstrations and two festive receptions.
