Winners were chosen by this year’s judge, award-winning Rochester artist and teacher Kathy Armstrong. She is a member of the Philadelphia Water Color Society, Greater Rochester Plein Air Painters, and a signature member of the Niagara Frontier Watercolor Society. Awards were presented at a reception Feb. 1.
A complete list of winners is below. The show runs until Saturday, Feb. 25, at Barnes & Noble, 3349 Monroe Ave., Pittsford, NY. It is open every day during store hours.
