Four artists received recognition at the closing reception of the 15th Annual Penfield Art Association at Legacy at Willow Pond Autumn Art Show and Sale.

Nancy Mallo received the Legacy Residents’ Choice award for Whooo, colored pencil.
Andrea Nadel was the Legacy Residents’ Merit award recipient for Boathouses, acrylic.



Marilyn Nosky received the Penfield Scene award for Oak and Apple, Dublin Road, watercolor. The Penfield Scene category, a special feature of this show, was judged by Penfield Town Supervisor Tony LaFountain.
Yui Kinney won the Visitors’ Choice award for Thip wa dee, acrylic.
The autumn show, presented in cooperation with the Legacy at Willow Pond senior living apartment complex, included more than 100 paintings by 41 area artists.
Formed in 1963, the Penfield Art Association today has more than 80 members from throughout the Rochester area.
The organization is open to artists of all skill levels and people interested in the two-dimensional visual arts.
