Fourteen Artists Honored

Fourteen members of the Penfield Art Association received awards for work in the 2026 Winter Show and Sale at Barnes & Noble, 3349 Monroe Ave., Pittsford. The awards were announced at a reception Feb. 4.
The show, which includes 84 paintings by 32 artists, is open every day till Feb. 28 in the second floor community room during Barnes & Noble store hours.
The juror for the show, who selected the paintings accepted into the exhibit as well as the award winners, is noted Rochester artist and teacher Barbara Jablonski. She is president and founder of the Genesee Valley Plein Air Painters. She is also a signature artist and member of the artist faculty of the Rochester Art Club. She competes regularly in local, state and national judged and juried competitions.
Co-chairs for this show are Nancy Mallo and Susan Fredericks Hodes, with assistance from past chair Linda Delaney.
