
Best of Show Award Winner ‘Summer Sun’ by Erika Hutch
Twenty artists were honored for outstanding work at the Penfield Art Association 2022 Spring Show.
The show, which runs through June 11 at the Penfield (NY) Community Center, 1985 Baird Road, features 101 works by 37 PAA members.
The awards were selected by this year’s judge, local watercolor artist and instructor Paul Allen Taylor. Paul is known for landscapes and enjoys plein air painting.
In addition to the awards selected by the judge, Visitors’ Choice and Members’ Choice Awards were announced at the conclusion of the show. Members’ Choice went to Doris Hooker for Here Comes the Light and Erika Hutch won the Visitors’ Choice honor for Portrait of a Young Girl.
